VILLA STEPHANDRA is built in neo-classical style spreading on three levels.
This holiday residence is ideal for large families or group of friends wanting to spend holidays together but at the same time enjoy privacy and spacious areas to cater for individual needs.
Ground Floor: connected through a large built-in verandha with our lush garden and pool area. Large sitting area, small kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom suitable for handicapped persons. Fully equipped laundry on this floor.
Main Floor-entrance: hosts a comfortable living-room/sitting room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen – all bathed in Greek sunshine. A second built-in verandha awaits you to enjoy breakfast or after dinner drinks with the inspiration of a 180 degrees view over the Ionian Sea and Corfu island.
Second floor: consists of 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and private balconies offering unique views.
Attic: has been transfomed into a relaxed, versatile area wth fold-out couches – ideal for teenagers or for those seeking something special.
Outdoor space hosts a private pool designed as a beach, offering secure access to children and elderly. A spacious deck surrounds the pool. Our barbeque area with stone oven is ideal for gastronomc delights. Additionally, our lush garden has a small orchard with orange and lemon trees and ample space for children to play.
